Directly in front of beach reserve and dog-friendly beach Unit 1 is a small 1 bedroom fully self-contained unit. 1 Queen size bed. Unit 2 is next to unit 1, it has a bigger bedroom and a bit more spacious. Same outlook. Unit 3 is upstairs and 2 bedroom. 1 bathroom or 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Large living area with great views.

Good to know

The unit is a fully self-contained unit. We are listed on several accommodation sites and we also have our own website .. you can also see us on g maps etc. . The unit is not stocked with any food supplies as some airbnb only properties are and no fluffy cushions. This is a self contained unit. The property is the closest to the beach of the properties on the beach side of the road, so from the deck there is only nature to look at. Direct access to beach reserve and beach.

House Rules

Dogs are not to be left if barking and for extended periods. We provide accommodation for dogs to be with their family. We are not kennels Upon Booking we require photo ID.

Other Details to Note

The property is one of the original older style beach properties and one of only 3 on the beach side of the road used for holiday rental. Generations of families have been coming here for many years. The position is what makes them. The units are old but kept clean and family and dog friendly.

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

The area is very natural and idealic. We are directly in front of Lions Beach, with a short walk down a path directly in front of balcony and reserve. There is a pathway , not near road, that goes in one direction to the rivermouth which is a beautiful quiet spot to relax and for younger children to enjoy safe swimming. In the other direction the path takes you to the . main Pambula Beach and surf club, the beach continues on to Merimbula. Near the surf club, a 5 minute walk is the caravan park that has a well stocked shop and takeaway and resteraunt. The Broken Oar. Pambula town is a short drive away and has a nice pub restaurants and cafes and other shops. The pub, The top pub, has a courtesy bus that can be booked for pick ups and you can be dropped home.

Guest Access

Parking is next to the road. 1 Spot per unit Access to the unit is down a path with a couple of steps and about 30 metres. Dogs are welcome and can be inside the unit, just not in the bedroom or on furniture.. Maximum 2 and we must be informed of number when booking. The beach directly in front of the units is off leash, and a great meeting place for dogs and people.

Such a great location for me and my two fur babies!! From the unit to the beach access which is off leash and the wild life just hopping around, the sound off the waves crashing along the beach. Just the getaway I needed.

We had to find a place to stay quickly and Tim and Merryn were quick to respond and assist. The unit is old but spotlessly clean with a reasonable bed and shower but most importantly, in the most glorious position right on the beach, with a view through trees and a track to the beach, right out front....where the kangaroos and multiple birds hang out. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves and breeze was just what we needed! We met Tim who was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back!
