It is on 1st floor but due to the slope of the land is accessed by level walkway. The unit can be booked as 2 bedroom and 1 Bathroom or 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The building has 2 x 1 bedroom units under unit 3

2 Bedroom, with 1 Bathroom. fully self-contained unit, OR 3 Bedroom with 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) IMPORTANT: If the unit is booked for up to 5 People the pricing displayed is for the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom configuration. If the unit is booked for 6 People the unit is for the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom configuration. Directly in front of an off-leash dog beach. Nothing in front of units but nature. No roads, houses. Bush path to river mouth and Pambula Beach. Part of 3 unit property. Parking by side of the road for 1 car.2nd space available on request. Dogs allowed inside, but not on furniture. Maximum number of dogs is 2, and we need to be notified on booking of number of dogs, to keep the number of dogs on the property to the regulation limit. Linen is supplied for beds and towels for number of people staying. Beach towels and Dog towels needed. Sleep to the sound of the waves.

The Unit is on the top floor of a 3 unit building. The unit is the entire top floor with 2 x 1 bedroom units underneath. The units access from the path is level due to the slope of the land. The yard that is fenced and has gates. (code for the beach reserve to stop through traffic!)
